Only one pool was usable and there were NO amenities available.no ice machines, no food/drink, no laundry services, etc. When we arrived at the resort we found is was half shut down for a major renovation project. I learned from my friend, after he was finally able to get a hold of someone at the resort, that the resort would officially reopen on December 15th, but they would honor reservations beginning December 1st since we were scheduled to arrive on December 6th.
I received absolutely NO communication from the resort. Mind you, I learned this information from a friend who had also booked there and did not received any communication from the resort itself. This trip was booked back in February, and at some point during the year I learned the resort had been closed. I was very disappointed in my stay at Eagle.
